How we approach it

Three moments are particularly useful: when growth is faster than the systems can carry; when growth has stopped and nobody is sure why; and when the owner is starting to think about handing over.

The work is contained: a defined question, a short engagement, a written view, and a follow-up. You decide what to do with it. If we think the answer is to bring in someone full-time rather than keep paying us, we say that.

An honest caveat. We are not a management consultancy with frameworks and decks. The output is a written view from an experienced accountant who has seen a lot of businesses up close, and the conversation that goes with it. That suits some people and not others.
